I had read the original version of this story when it was included in an anthology and called "Still". When Alessandra said that she would be turning it into a full novel with a new name I was excited to read it.

What a read! I had a mental debate without myself throughout the story....Kitten? Could It Be? Would freedom be an option? Could the relationship survive? All questions that were answered but what a ride to get there.

If you have read other books from Alessandra Torre or A.R. Torre this book will have a different feel, no less enjoyable just different. I enjoy the dark erotica books so this was right up my alley.

When you get swept off your feet, literally, while celebrating a friends last weeks of freedom you don't expect it to continue. Brett Jacobs ingited a dormant flame in Riley Johnson. One that he would continue to fan as their relationship took off. Trips to foreign soil for weekend excursions, gifts, jets, tons of affection and hot steamy sex!
