I couldn't wait for this book to release after being dangled
over the cliff at the end of Rebel Heir. Penelope and Vi gave me everything I
could have wanted in this book including smiles, tears and lots of love Gia and
Rush style.
Gia and Rush most definitely did not have an easy go of it. Just when you thought things were going to be okay.....something else would come crashing down on them.
I felt for both Rush and Gia. The shock of discovering her one night stand put them both in a tough spot. Gia tried really hard to give Rush space but how do you distance yourself from the half of your whole?
Rush was everything I expected until he wasn't. He surprised me in the best way. Nothing worth having has come easy for him and Gia but their understanding of each other and underlying love may just be what they need to succeed.
