A fun, sexy
friends to lovers romance that had me invested from the start. Cam and Natalie
are great together. Their friendship comfortable and indestructible, friends to
the end. So when this shift in their relationship comes I was happy to see that
Kendall stayed true to the characters. Their transition was natural, even if it
wasn't always easy. They didn't suddenly become strangers to each other and
forget who each other was.
Let's face it Cam was pretty much the perfect doctor. Sweet, thoughtful, and sexy too. His loyalty to his best friend Jack, tested by his feeling for Natalie but the heart can't help what the heart wants. I liked watching Natalie find her own voice. She grew as the story progressed making her stronger in my eyes. I admired her determination not to let her past define her and her ambition to make something for herself.
