Review

Holden and Laney aka La La were a multitude of things…..friends, forbidden, cute, playful, off the charts sexy/hot….perfection.

I enjoyed their story immensely. Childhood crushes that they thought they hid well. Close proximity making all of those feelings resurface. Temptation an arms reach away.

I admired their restraint. La La’s due to her current relationship status and Holden’s as a sense of loyalty to his best friend Ryan. But I loved how they skated the line before deciding to take the risk.

The writing is seemless as usual from both Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward. Giving you a heart felt story with depth and emotion. The supporting characters Owen, Brayden ,Colby and Billie definitely added to the story and I am happy to hear there will be more of them in upcoming books.
