Release Day Review
If You Dare
{Deanna Madden #3}
by
A.R. Torre

 ~ Synopsis ~

Equal parts Dexter and 50 Shades, this is the eagerly awaited new novel from A. R. Torre, author of the award winning erotic thriller, The Girl in 6E.

The rules are the same. I can’t open the door. I can’t leave. I can’t kill anyone.

The only difference is, I don’t set the rules anymore. Guards in grey uniforms do. It is everything I never wanted and everything I always deserved. I write to you now, from a prison cell. My home for the next twenty to thirty years.

That’s the going term for murder.

~ Review ~

I absolutely loved this book......this series!  Not all books make you cringe, yell at your kindle, cry, make you send messages to authors begging for answers before you finish reading because you are just that vested in the characters. This series has and continued to do so.

This is the 3rd installment in this series and must be read in order in order to get the full affect of the story and understanding of the storyline.

Deanna....I love her.  Not because she's a super friendly, loveable, fun kind of girl but because she's not.  She is hard, complicated, and dangerous.  The only time we see the softer side of Deanna is when she is interacting with Jeremy and Mike and even then she keeps you on edge.

Jeremy....I have loved him since he showed up on Deanna's door.  He seemed to be the only person she was willing to let in.  I love the calming effect he has on her despite the fact that he knows that she is not the typical girlfriend.  He loves her in spite of her crazy.

Did the story go exactly how I would have liked.....no.  Was I glued to my kindle waiting to see what was coming next...yes.  Do I hope that Alessandra will revisit these characters one day again....absolutely!

If you are new to this series, get ready for the ride of your life.  If you have already boarded the crazy train of Deanna Madden then hold on to your seat cause it's a bumpy ride!  Grab your copy of If You Dare....I dare you!
