From the author of the New York Times bestsellers Gabriels Rapture and Gabriels Inferno comes the epic conclusion to the captivating romantic trilogy.

Professor Gabriel Emerson has left his position at the University of Toronto to embark on a new life with his beloved Julianne. Together, hes confident that they can face any challenge. And hes eager to become a father.

But Juliannes graduate program threatens Gabriels plans, as the pressures of being a student become all consuming. When she is given the honor of presenting an academic lecture at Oxford, Gabriel is forced to confront Julianne about the subject of her presentation—research that conflicts with his own. And in Oxford, several individuals from their past appear, including an old nemesis intent on humiliating Julia and exposing one of Gabriels darkest secrets.

In an effort to confront his remaining demons, Gabriel begins a quest to discover more about his biological parents, beginning a chain of events that has startling repercussions for himself, Julianne, and his hope of having a family.

~ Review~
I was eagerly anticipating and almost dreading the release of Gabriel’s Redemption, as I didn’t want it to end. What can you say about a series that is so well put together, except Bravo!  It takes just moments to get caught up and be captivated by Gabriel and Julianne again.  The story wraps all of the loose ends of the trilogy but leaves you wanting more.

Their love knows no bounds.  It is the most selfless, true emotion, and it shines throughout this book. Although they are both damaged they complete one another like no other could.  I love the fact the Sylvain Reynard referred to them as The Emersons and Mr. & Mrs. throughout the story.  It gave it just that much more insight into the depths of their adoration for one another.

Now don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t all hearts and flowers.  They are newlyweds and there are bound to be disagreements.  But it’s the making up that makes it all worthwhile.

"So how good was the sex we just had? On a scale of one to transcendent?"
"Earth-shattering and tie forgetting."

Once again Gabriel and Julianne are tormented by Christa and her deceptive, vindictive ways.  But I was happy to see that she gets hers in the story and is left to revel in her actions and their consequences.

I enjoyed seeing the softer side of Professor Picton and to see that she was not above the drama that had overshadowed Julia and the pursuit of her career as a Dante Specialist.

With every marriage the natural progression is for a family.   The topic was touched upon in the previous books in the series but we dig deeper in this book.  Gabriel and Julianne are forced to deal with their pasts to decide their future.  As we delve further in Gabriel’s past we come away with more than devastation and pain.  We find that things are not always as they appear and take the new information in a positive light.

"I’d never love you in spite of anything, Gabriel. I just love you.”

So without giving away the story, let me just say…..AMAZING! If you loved Gabriel’s Inferno and Gabriel’s Rapture then you must read this to see where the story leads.  Now Sylvain Reynard has hinted at the next project “The Raven” and although I am not a fan of paranormal, I am a huge fan and the hint of more Gabriel and Julia is enough to make me want to step out of my comfort zone and add it to my TBR.

~ About the Author ~
I'm interested in the way literature can help us explore aspects of the human condition - particularly suffering, sex, love, faith, and redemption. My favourite stories are those in which a character takes a journey, either a physical journey to a new and exciting place, or a personal journey in which he or she learns something about himself/herself.

I'm also interested in how aesthetic elements such as art, architecture, and music can be used to tell a story or to illuminate the traits of a particular character. In my writing, I combine all of these elements with the themes of redemption, forgiveness, and the transformative power of goodness.

I try to use my platform as an author to raise awareness about the following charities: Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Foundation, WorldVision, Alex's Lemonade Stand, and Covenant House. For more information, see my Twitter account.
