Review

This is Book 3 in the Magnolia Falls series which focuses on Saylor and Kingston.

Each of these characters has not had an easy past when it comes to family. For that reason, Kingston and his best friends have a bond like no other. their motto.... ride or die.

Saylor is the sister of one of Kingston's best friend. However, they share a special connection that started when they were children. He became her safe haven in the storm and neither of them have forgotten that.

For me, this story was a good mix of the friends to lovers and best friends sister tropes. Two of my favorites. I truly enjoyed the underlying friendship between King and Saylor. Their friendship was easy. Their affection towards one another genuine. But now that they're older, the lines are blurring.

Do they take that chance and cross the line into more? Well, I was definitely routing for them to. Kingston Pierce was hot and I was here for all these two were going to experience.

I love the characters of this Magnolia Falls crew and was quite happy to catch up on the lives of Ruby & River and Romeo & Demi. While I am looking forward to Nash's story which is next I am really curious to see what Laura Pavlov has in store for Hayes.
